1. Order Cancellation (One-Time Purchases)

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled after it has entered processing or has been shipped.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and fulfillment logistics, we are unable to guarantee order cancellation after payment confirmation.

Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee cancellation.

2. Subscription Cancellation

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) billing cycles.

You may cancel your subscription only after your second successful payment has been completed.

Early cancellations before completion of the two-cycle minimum are not permitted and are not eligible for refunds.

3. How to Cancel a Subscription

After completing the minimum two (2) billing cycles, you may cancel your subscription by:

  • Using the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation emails, or
  • Contacting our support team at 📧 tryfoodolia@mailsire.com

Cancellations must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date. Requests received after billing has occurred will apply to the next cycle.

4. Subscription Adjustments

To maintain operational stability and prevent billing issues:

  • Bundle subscriptions containing more than one (1) unit may be automatically adjusted to two (2) units per cycle starting from the first rebill, at a discounted price of $48.88 per unit, unless otherwise arranged with support.
  • The original product or flavor selected at checkout will continue to be shipped unless updated by the customer.

Customers wishing to continue multi-unit bundles must contact support to arrange custom bundle pricing.

5. No Refunds for Canceled Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription stops future charges only.

Charges already processed for completed billing cycles are non-refundable, including shipments already in transit or delivered.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before completing the required two-billing-cycle minimum constitutes a violation of our Terms of Sale.

We reserve the right to submit:

  • Proof of checkout agreement
  • Subscription terms acceptance
  • Order confirmation and delivery evidence

in response to any dispute.
